About Emily
As a doula, I am here to offer you practical, emotional, and hands on support for your family as you welcome a new one into your life. My priority is to help create a nurturing and empowering environment for you and your family during the joys and challenges of the postpartum period. I am a certified birth and postpartum doula with a background in Maternal and Child Public Health and I would love to walk alongside you in the transformative experience of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
My family is my biggest joy in life. I am married and mother to 2 wonderful kids. We love to play in the dirt, eat picnic lunches, and read books together.

Postpartum Doula Services
Adding a new baby to the family is a big transition. Allow me to help your family through this time with postpartum services tailored to your family's needs helping you to physically recover, enjoy your new addition, and grow in confidence in parenting.
I provide personalized postpartum support that includes assistance with newborn care, breastfeeding support, emotional well-being, and household organization to help ease the transition into parenthood.
Wraparound Doula Support
Preparing for a new child is a transformative experience. I offer guidance and support to help expectant parents prepare for labor, birth, and the postpartum period. This is perfect resource for families who want the benefits of having a professional trained in maternal and child health walk with them through pregnancy and early postpartum / newborn stages, but do not desire a doula present at birth.
